Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account with m1toto. Creating multiple Accounts (commonly referred to as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple Accounts registered to the same person, household, device, or payment method, we reserve the right to close all associated Accounts, void all transactions, confiscate bonuses, and forfeit any remaining balances. This restriction applies even if multiple accounts were created unintentionally or for legitimate-seeming reasons.
To create an Account, you must complete our registration form with accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah). You agree to update this information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
m1toto is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, we may require you to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed or refused if you fail to complete the verification process satisfactorily.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. m1toto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. m1toto accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and Indonesian e-wallet services (including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for certain payment methods. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. We reserve the right to investigate the source of any deposits and to request supporting documentation. Accounts funded with proceeds of crime will be closed, and relevant authorities will be notified.
Withdrawal requests must be made through your Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. We do not permit third-party withdrawals. First-time withdrawal requests will be subject to additional verification procedures to prevent fraud. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours, though larger amounts may require additional review and may take up to 72 hours.
Before requesting a withdrawal, you must wager any deposited amount at least once (1x rollover requirement). This anti-money-laundering measure ensures our platform is not used for fund transfers. Bonuses may have separate wagering requirements that must be met before associated winnings can be withdrawn (see Section 6). We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals.
m1toto does not charge fees for deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which we are not responsible. Currency conversion fees may apply if your bank processes the transaction in a currency other than IDR.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible Members at m1toto's sole discretion. Eligibility may be determined by factors including account history, deposit frequency, gaming activity, VIP tier, and promotional terms. We reserve the right to exclude any Member from any promotion without prior notice or explanation.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 30,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period (typically 30 days) or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%, and certain games (such as baccarat, roulette variations, and specific video poker games) may be excluded entirely. Bonus abuse, bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit bonuses without genuine gaming activity is strictly prohibited. Examples of prohibited behavior include: betting opposite outcomes on the same event, low-risk roulette coverage strategies, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and irregular betting patterns inconsistent with normal gameplay. If we detect bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void all bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close your Account permanently.
Only one active bonus may be held per Account at any given time. If you claim a new bonus before completing wagering requirements on an existing bonus, the existing bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
All Members must play fairly and ethically. The following activities are strictly prohibited: collusion with other players, use of automated betting software or bots, exploitation of software bugs or errors, insider trading on sports betting markets, and any form of cheating or manipulation. Violation of fair play rules will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet for any reason, including but not limited to suspected bonus abuse, irregular betting patterns, technical errors, or betting limits reached. All bets are subject to acceptance by m1toto. A bet is not valid until confirmed in your Account transaction history.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, incorrect odds display, or any other error affecting game outcomes or betting markets, m1toto reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. We are not liable for losses resulting from technical errors, server downtime, or connectivity issues. If an error results in winnings being credited to your Account incorrectly, we reserve the right to reverse the erroneous transactions.
If you experience a disconnection during a game round (for example, during a slot spin or live dealer hand), the round will continue to completion according to the game's rules. Once reconnected, you can view the outcome in your game history. Stakes remain valid during disconnections, and game results stand regardless of your connection status.

m1toto shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms & Conditions if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, internet service provider failures, or other force majeure events.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your Account will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or penalties. Bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited upon Account closure unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
m1toto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward staff, suspected money laundering, providing false information, or any conduct we deem harmful to our business or other Members. In the event of involuntary closure for violation of terms, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining Account balance.
Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. We may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 on dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. You will be notified by email before any dormant account fees are applied.
All content on the m1toto website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of m1toto or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which m1toto is licensed and operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
